Refund policy

  2. Condition of Items: Items being returned typically need to be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. This ensures that the store can resell the item if it's returned.

  3. Proof of Purchase:  receipt or order confirmation, when returning items. This helps the store verify the purchase and process the return more efficiently.

  4. Refund Method: Refund will be granted on items that have not been personalized.

  5. Online Returns: If returns are purchased online, refund will be issued once item is received. Please email a copy of the shipping confirmation once in hand. All return shipping will be at buyers expense.
